Welcome to Upthryve, a service provided by BenDaBomb.com that allows users to request custom design projects for professional use, education, or social media. By using Upthryve, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Upthryve is intended for ethical and lawful design requests, including but not limited to branding materials, educational visuals, marketing graphics, and social media content. All requested designs must align with moral and legal standards. Any request promoting hate, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or unethical behavior will be denied. The Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any project for any reason, ensuring all work aligns with Upthryve’s values and intended purposes.

Project costs will be determined based on complexity, workload, and intended use. Payment must be completed as agreed before work begins, and failure to do so may result in project cancellation. The Owner will provide an estimated completion timeframe; however, if a project is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, the Owner cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or losses incurred. In such cases, the final project will be offered at a minimum 75% discount or more, depending on the length of the delay.

Clients may request reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope. Additional modifications beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges. Ownership rights to the final design are shared between BenDaBomb.com and the customer, and the Owner retains the right to showcase completed projects in a portfolio or promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon.

The Owner is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use of designs created through Upthryve. Users agree that all designs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Upthryve’s Terms of Service may be updated at any time, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
